Barbie is a gorgeous, talkative, sensitive, sweet and loving, two-year-old, seven-pound, female, green-eyed, brown brown smoke purebred Bengal cat looking for a loving guardian. Barbie was living in her home in Evanston when her human decided she should be free and allowed her to wander the streets. Neighbors began questioning why this magnificent cat was wandering their 'hood. So, the 'owner' was asked if she wanted the cat, and she said nope. She was handed over to Friends of Petraits Rescue to find the home of her dreams. Barbie is well-behaved in the home, she uses her litter box perfectly, loves getting high up in a cat tree, or hiding in a cubby hole. She is not at all aggressive, even when other cats hiss at her. She previously lived with other cats. She has never lived with a dog. But, if someone were home enough, she can also live as the one and only pet. She is very healthy spayed, up-to-date on rabies, distemper, microchipped, virus-tested negative, treated with Revolution and dewormed. To meet and possibly adopt Barbie the Bengal, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/ After the application is complete, please contact [email protected] to schedule an appointment to meet her. Her adoption fee of $250 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. She is being fostered in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
