About Mochi

Wesley Chapel, Florida. Beautiful, all white, 9 months old. Husky blue eyes that change to hazel, depending on the lighting.Currently 17 lbs, she will probably stay below 20-25 lbs full-grown. Mochi is a Pomsky/Shepherd who spent the first 7 months of her life in an animal hoarding situation with her parents and litter mates. She never touched grass until I rescued her 2 months ago. Since then, she has received her first set of shots, been given heart worm and flea preventative, been leash trained and socialized with people and other animals. Her mom was a full breed yellow German Shepherd and her dad was a Pomsky. She shows traits from all three breeds, which means she is sweet, willful, and intelligent. I only have a small side yard and just started an internship with an hour and 30 minute commute so am no longer a the best mom for this gorgeous, fun-loving pup who thrives with proper attention. I would like to see her go to a home with another dog companion, children, or to an active adult who is familiar with working dog breeds. She is indoor/puppy pad trained and also goes outside, especially when given free access to the yard. Mochi has sensitive ears and does get car sick, but I am hoping she will outgrow this over time. She really shows a propensity for agility training, so someone who admires agile dog, has a large yard, or who has a dog park to run nearby would be great. Mostly chill, with daily zoomies. Applicants with a fenced yard, who have another dog companion, experience with Shepherds or Huskies, or who work remotely move to the front of the line. This girl deserves the best home!
