About Butter

Hi friends, I really hate to make this post, but I'm looking to rehome our 3-year-old pitbull, Butters. We've had her for about 8 months-she originally came from a coworker who had to rehome her due to moving into an apartment that didn't allow her breed. Butters is a sweet, affectionate dog and has been amazing with our 2-year-old son. She gets along great with our 5-year-old male corgi, but unfortunately, she does not get along with our 6-year-old cat, Kitty. She also has a high prey drive, so birds, bunnies, and chickens are a no-go. We live near a neighbor with chickens, and Butters has escaped our yard a few times and gotten into their coop. It breaks my heart, but we feel it's best to find her a home that better suits her needs-ideally one without small animals and with a secure, enclosed yard. She is a great dog. Fully potty trained, up to date on all her shots, and very loving with people. If you're seriously interested or know someone who might be a good fit, please message me directly.
