Scout was a Dollar Tree puppy.. born outside and stayed with his Momma hiding in the shade at a dollar tree trying to find food. A good Samaritan finally stopped and asked for help in getting the family to safety. He has since been in foster care and eating, playing and water like a puppy should be! He is still in Texas, but transport can be arranged.
