Kid friendly and Dog friendly. Loves people. Playful puppy. Sweet and affectionate. Treat motivated and takes gently. Since his kennel mate (dog he was found with and bonded) was removed on 10/14 Jackson is displaying depressive behavior, has not touched food, and cries in kennel. Jackson is an 8 month old tan Labrador Retriever puppy and weighs 35lbs. Poor Jackson will lose his life because he is 'withdrawn' since they separated him from his kennel mate who he was found with on 10/4. He is clearly bonded with his kennel mate and he relied on her for love and comfort but is now alone and heartbroken. He is a loving boy that belongs with a family and dog friends. He needs a dedicated foster that will give him time to learn, grow and trust. Please foster Jackson. This sweet puppy has done nothing wrong and does not deserve to die.
