About Neo

Meet Neo! He's a 2 yr old great dane. He is neutered and up to date with all his shots. He does the usual great dane things like lean into you, loves to cuddle and put his head in your lap and is a sensitive soul. He walks amazing on leash, he's very people friendly, he's crate, trained, and housebroken. He will whine and bark to let you know he has to go potty. He's a sweet tenderheart. He came into the shelter with a male shepherd that he was used to so he has the potential to be dog friendly. He was confiscated because his owner was starving him. I don't think he was socialized, so he gets a little scared meeting new dogs so he just needs repetition, guidance, and a lot of reassurance. When we see other dogs on walks, he ignores them and behaves very well. I just think with a face-to-face encounter he needs to be eased into it with just doing regular pack walks and being exposed to new dogs. He does not have an aggressive bone in his body . He is a big gentle love bug looking for his forever person.
