About Chiba has till 10/22

Urgent!! Chiba, #A2221158, scheduled to die on 10/22 for severe kennel stress!!! He is only 9 months old!!!! Just a baby. Should be playing in a loving home, not looking through metal bars in prison. My name is Chiba and I a male, gray and white Siberian Husky. The shelter staff think I am about 9 months old. I weigh approximately 30 pounds. This animal has been at the shelter since 09/15/2025 and on this list since 10/01/2025. Reason - Hight FAS (fear anxiety stress)Is always inside the cubby. He was found wandering streets for weeks before he arrived at the shelter scared and frightened. Chiba has become less wary since he first started attending playgroups and is noted as being gentle/dainty and playful with other dogs. Chiba is also on Minor Medical alert and is being treated for coccidia, causing underweight, and having diarrhea. Because of this, his neuter will be deferred. Chiba is a young, scared dog who was left to fend for himself on the streets and is starting to come around. He's overwhelmed in the shelter and needs out ASAP!
