Meet Scoob! This young man is eager to please. When you're home, he loves to chill by your side. He enjoys being outside and does well with other dogs and cats. He does fairly well on a leash, but we have been working on daily. During the day while you're not at home, he prefers to just lounge around the house uncaged. He is not destructive, but has had some sort of trauma in the past where he refuses to be caged. He knows simple commands like sit, down, off. We have been working on leave it and stay. When we got him from a local shelter, we were under the impression we were fostering to adopt. We were sadly mistaking. We have had him for around 4 months now. Let me start by saying, he is a GREAT dog. The problem is we have 2 cocker spaniels, and they both are overly aggressive towards Scoob. We have contacted the rescue and they will not take him back as it has been too long. We continue to work with him daily. He would do well in a home with other dogs, just not smaller dogs. He loves to play and his size I think it part of the issue ours don't along with him. He is great with cats, as we have 2 as well. He has never shown any aggression towards our animals, kids, our guests. Not looking for a rehoming fee, but I do want to make sure he goes to a good home.
