About Sirloin

Sirloin is a truly gentle giant. He is 110 lbs currently and will put on about 5 more. He is 4 years old. He came to us from a kill shelter in STL where the volunteers fell in love with him and worked tirelessly to find him a rescue to heal at. He had a bad bite wound on his tongue and a respiratory infection. He has recovered nicely and has put weight back on. He has some joint pain in his elbows and would benefit from a nice soft bed to lay his head in. He walks very well on leash and has excellent recall. He is curious about other animals, chickens, cats, goats, but he respects well to verbal correction to leave them alone. He loves pur walks to the creek and he is very well behaved in his crate also.
