About KATNISS

INCOMING! Meet Katniss! She was found as a stray and came to us from the shelter when no owner came forward. She is in the process of being spayed and then placed in her foster home in the Ramona area of San Diego. We are learning about her but so far shelter staff says she is a favorite! She does well around all the other dogs and seems on the more mellow side. She will take treats very gently as her docked tail wags with delight! She will be available to meet after Saturday the 18th. Better photos will be coming. This little 50 pound sweetheart is estimated to be around 3-4 years old. Keep your eagle eye on her! She won't last long! UPDATES COMING!! UPDATE! Katniss made it through spay surgery with flying colors! She's an amazing girl and very gentle and loving. We are working through getting to know her but so far we know she rides well in cars and likes her new foster brother, a little JRT. She is now in a soft cozy home just waiting to meet YOU!
