Hello! I'm Bella, a beautiful 8-year-old Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel princess looking for my happily ever after! At 13 pounds of pure sweetness, I've had quite the journey. I was found wandering the streets all alone - no one claimed me despite my microchip, but their loss is your gain! I recently had surgery to remove a mammary mass and have recovered beautifully, so I'm ready to focus on what really matters: finding my forever family! I'm a proper lady who eats slowly and appreciates the finer things, like chasing lizards in the yard (my favorite hobby!) and following my foster mom around for constant companionship. I'm fully house-trained and get along wonderfully with other dogs. My hearing isn't perfect, but somehow I never miss mealtime. I sleep peacefully in my own bed and absolutely adore attention and gentle pets. Here's my ideal forever home: a patient family who understands that being abandoned left me with some anxiety. Dogs like me need extra time to trust, and I do best with someone home most of the time. I may cry when left alone, so a single-family home is best (no apartments, condos or townhomes).
