The shelters are in severe overriding conditions, and they are euthanizing young healthy dogs at an alarming rate due to space!!! Please be a hero!! At the East Valley Animal Shelter we have Spikey. He was so sad in his kennel wishing to come out & play. He was so happy to be chosen to come out. He is a distinguished boy who loves to sit & get love & attention.
