About Harold

Adoption Fee: $300
Great Dane / Mastiff
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Name: Harold Age: 5-6 yrs Breed: Great Dane/mastiff Gender: male Weight: 110 Good with kids: Yes Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Foster location: New London, WI Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: Harold has been with his foster family for almost a week now, and we have learned some things about him: * He is BIG & doesn't know it * He is SWEET as pie * He is possibly not as old as listed - he has quite a bit of energy, lots of good muscle left, and decent teeth! * He is very happy! (He even has a partially amputated tail to show for it!) * He loves and is tolerant of small children, however his size and energy level would probably make him best in a home with older kids. * He resource guards - meaning be needs to eat separately from other dogs. He has no issues with humans being near his food. * He is very tolerant of other dogs' shenanigans and enjoys their company, but could be fine as an only dog. He really loves humans! * He needs A LOT of training. He knows zero commands, has no concept of personal space, and is a spaz on a leash! His foster family is working hard to get him a good start. HOWEVER! He has figured a lot of things out in just a week of being part of a family. * He doesn't bark! Harold is a love-bug who needs a PATIENT, large breed-savvy adopter. Could it be you?! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based rescue. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. Preapproval applications for future adoption are welcome. #adoptdontshop #opari #ourpackanimalrescue #rescueismyfavoritebreed #adoptionsaveslives #fostervolunteeradoptdonate #localrescuegroup
