About Stormy

Stormy was found dumped in a box with 2 other small dogs - all terribly matted, one completely terrified and the other with massive hair loss. Stormy, though scared, was wanting love and was the easiest of the 3 to handle. She was horribly matted & filthy and had to be shaved down but in the end she felt and smelled so much better. Her current pictures do not due her justice - she is so cute and tiny right now but once her hair grows back, this little girl will be so beautiful! Stormy loves to be in your lap and to be held or burrow in soft blankets. She is thought to be a small terrier mix with maybe some poodle in her. At the vet, she was found to be positive for Anaplasmosis, another common tick borne disease treatable with an oral antibiotic which she is currently taking (note: Stormy is still currently available for adoption and any remaining pills will be sent home with her for completion). Stormy is good with other dogs. We do not know what she thinks of cats. She is estimated to be about 4 years old and just 6 pounds. Due to her small size, a home without young children is preferred. Stormy is looking for her forever family who will love & care for her and never abandon her again. Could you be the one? Please help Stormy find the loving home she deserves.
