Charlie is a one and half year old chihuahua mix. He is sweet and loving, but gets anxious or scared especially around kids. He loves other dogs and is very social. We are trying to rehome him because we have kids and our home isn't the best fit for him. He lost his eye when he was three months old, but has problem seeing and adapting to his surroundings.
