About Scout

Meet Scout! Age: est 4.5 months (est birthday 7/2/25). Breed: mom is bluetick hound/mix. Dad was unknown. Size: approx 20lbs, she is the smallest of her littermates. We believe she will be about 45�'�%9050ish lbs when full grown. Training: crate trained, working on leash and house training. He is just a pup so he will need continued guidance. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to both. Good with men/women/kids? Yes, although she is shy. Personality: timid but curious, playful. Reason for rescue: Born to a stray mom. The pups had to be humanely trapped to be caught. They didn't recieve socialization before coming to us, but they have come so far! Scout is still coming out of her shell, but her personality has really blossomed. She needs a family that can continue to socialize her to all of the great things in life. Scout needs another dog in her new home to show her the ropes. She is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current vaccinations and preventatives.
