About Rosie

Miss Rosie is such a sweet girl. She's around 2 years old and approx 16 lbs. Rosie joined MHCR from Texas - there she found herself homeless with 7 puppies in a high intake/high kill shelter fighting for her life and the lives of her puppies. Rosie saw her family to safety and now it's her turn to find a forever home. She's a little timid out of the gate, but she warms up and then you can see the most beautiful, loyal girl. She craves human affection and would love to take a snooze with you on the couch or the bed. She also loves to play with her other canine foster siblings. Rosie finds a lot of confidence in other dogs and we prefer a home with friendly canine companion for her to pal around with. She's also cat tolerant. Rosie is working on her house training, and she does well in a crate once she has a chance to settle in.
