HI - I'M BEAUTIFUL ROSALINA! I'm a 1-year-old heeler in need of a foster or forever home! I weigh only 38 lbs! was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter and I am currently in Southern Washington, where I spend my days playing with other dogs. I am initially shy when I meet someone new, but I quickly come around once I know and trust you. I love people and I always have a smile to give. I would do well with a semi-active person or people who can take me for walks or hikes, and then snuggle on the couch. Please email for an application.
