About Saint Charles

Saint is a loving, energetic Pharaoh Hound who thrives on attention, play, and adventure. He bonds deeply with his people and enjoys both indoor snuggles and outdoor exercise. Saint is great with other dogs and loves being part of a household where he can be active, engaged, and included in daily life. Saint is smart, trainable, and responds well to consistent guidance. He knows how to sit, lie down, shake with both paws, and high five. He is incredibly smart. He still has a little food reactivity and can get overly excited, sometimes jumping on people, but these are improving with structure and patience. With proper training and consistent routines, he can excel in obedience, leash walking, and mental stimulation activities. Saint would thrive in a home that can match his energy and provide clear boundaries, regular exercise, and plenty of love - as well as a yard for him to run! He's looking for someone committed to helping him continue growing into the best version of himself-a devoted, affectionate companion who will bring joy and laughter to their forever home. Saint and I moved into an apartment complex and he is not getting the activity he needs, in addition my work hours have picked up and I am gone for 11 hours a day sometimes which just is not fair to him. I really love him, but I know hte life he is living right now is not fair to him and I just want him to have a family who can give him the proper care and activity he deserves.
