About Duke

Duke is a 9 month old, 10 lb Miniature Poodle mix who came to us from a hoarding situation of 75 dogs in Bakersfield. He has been fully vetted and has gotten used to 'the good life' in a loving foster home where he is getting individual attention and socialization. Duke is very sweet, attentive and loyal to his humans. He's great with kids and enjoys snuggling and hanging out with the family. He also loves to play fetch with mini tennis balls out in the yard. Duke would thrive in pretty much any household, as long as his adopters are prepared to continue crate training and socializing him. He's a young pup who didn't have any foundation in the early months of his life, so it would benefit him to have some basic training and develop some independence.
