About Cooper

Woof! I'm Cooper, and I'm ready to steal your heart! I'm a 3-year-old, 25lb buff cocker spaniel with the cutest freckled face and eyelashes that'll make you melt. My foster mom says when I sit and look up with my big brown eyes, nobody can say no to me-and honestly, she's not wrong! I'm learning that life can be pretty amazing! I have three awesome foster siblings who are showing me the ropes of family life. I LOVE playing and running outside. Belly rubs? Yes, please! I'll even give you sweet little kisses in return. Toys? Not sure what those are yet but I see my foster siblings playing with them. I'm a smart boy who minds well, comes when called, and I'm working hard on my house training-I'm getting there! I'm crate-trained and sometimes like to chill in my crate on my own, but my foster family trusts me to roam freely throughout their home with no issues. I'm gentle with treats, amazing with kids, and I get along great with other dogs. Sometimes I get nervous when my humans are out of sight - probably from being abandoned before - and I may bark or howl a little, but my foster family is helping build my confidence and I'm improving every day! A single family house where someone is home most of the time is my ideal home (no condos, apartments or townhomes). I just want to be by your side, whether we're cuddling on the couch or going for walks and car rides. I can't wait to start my life with my forever family. Could that be YOU?
