MEET PAPA! Papa is a young terrier who needs a forever home! He was surrendered by his owners in Los Angeles after we *think* he impregnated their female dog. Now, however, Papa is neutered and ready to be placed with a person or people who will love him unconditionally. He is very shy/timid in his new surroundings, so will need a patient owner who can let him decompress. He's good with other dogs and a sweet boy. Please email for an application. He will be in a foster home in the greater Seattle area this week.
