About Nemo

Nemo is a young purebred Shiba Inu who was surrendered to our rescue earlier this year. He has since been living with our founder and director with the hopes of adding him to her large pack. Unfortunately he is not a good fit for a large pack. He needs a much smaller pack and more attention. He is an amazing young dog, knows his basic obedience and is working on duration. Walks beautifully on leash, no reactivity or aggression, loves to cuddle, play, and work for food. He is an extremely active dog and has tried Barn Hunt and lure coursing which he absolutely loves. One of his favorite things to do is swim. He is a typical Shiba in that he can be an escape artist and weary of strangers. He is great with cats. We would love to see him in an active pet or sport home. He is very happy and comfortable where he is right now so we will be very particular on his new home. www.playk9rescue.org
