About Rocco

This is Rocco and he is the last of his litter waiting for his forever home. His brother and sister were adopted earlier this weekend. So this dude has been flying solo and needs some TLC from a forever family. Every day he's here we get more attached. He's truly something special and would make the perfect pet for a small family. This sweet boy was born at our home to two rescued parents and has been loved and cared for since day one. He's tall and lanky, still figuring out how to use his long legs, which makes him adorably clumsy. He is playful, curious, and full of personality. He does get vocal when he wants attention or when he's feeling unsure, but I think thats just his way of asking to be close to you. He's a little timid and startles easily, and he's happiest when he's being held, snuggled or close to you. Rocco thrives around people who can give him steady love and reassurance and is the type of guy who just wants to be part of the action. His mom weighs 47 lbs and dad is 39 lbs, so Rocco will likely be a medium/large dog once grown. Right now, he's about 13 lbs. He's had his first round of vaccines, dewormer, and is on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
