About Parakeet/budgie

Meet Ranger! It's unknown how old he is but he's very young. I recently took him out of a bad situation to give him a better life until I realized my dog was obsessed with him and I'm worried one day he might catch him. He's the sweetest little bird I've ever met and even knows how to step up! He had a concussion when I first got him which is why he is alone but he would love a friend! He is free to a loving home. Cage and toys included!
