Ruthie is only about 1.5 years old and full of life - wiggly, affectionate, and absolutely adores people! She's good with other dogs, though she'll need proper decompression and understanding of her space, as she can be a little protective of her crate. This petite girl weighs just 35 lbs and has an extra special quirk - she's incontinent. That just means you get to spoil her with cute little diapers (she doesn't mind one bit!). Ruthie is officially ready to start accepting applications!
