TOBY WAS ABANDONED & HAS SPENT A YEAR IN A KENNEL - THIS SENIOR BOY NEEDS OUT NOW Toby is a 10-11-year-old German Shepherd whose whole world fell apart last December. His owner dropped him - along with two other dogs - at a boarding facility�'�| and never came back. He has now spent almost a full year in a kennel, confused, heartbroken, and waiting for someone who is never returning. This gentle senior has been failed, and he's the one suffering because of it. But Toby still has so much love left to give. A volunteer recently took him home for a break, and Toby showed what an incredible dog he truly is: Potty trained A total cuddle bug - loved being on the couch getting pets Calm and easygoing Played with toys sometimes Great in the car Knows sit & shake, takes treats gently Enjoys walks, hikes, water, and quiet adventures Toby is gentle, loyal, and so grateful for any affection. He ignores bikes, joggers, and most dogs. He just wants a soft bed, a peaceful home, and someone to finally make him feel safe again. Because he's a senior boy, Toby does best with: No cats or small dogs Either as the only dog or with strict separation No senior dog should spend his golden years behind kennel bars.
