Klinger's owners surrendered him due to their rental not allowing dogs. It is a sign of how bad things are that this fantastic boy is still available. He is smart, friendly, and well-behaved, not to mention so handsome! He has played beautifully with the other dog friendly pups and is adored by the volunteer dog walkers at the shelter. He is overdue for his happy ending!
