PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO ON THIS DOG BEFORE REQUESTING AN APPLICATION. MANY OF OUR DOGS HAVE STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR ADOPTION. 8-year-old male Chiweenie, about 10 pounds. Buddy is a sweet guy who was the apple of his previous owner's eye. She obviously spent a lot of time loving on him. Buddy is used to being with an older person and spending time snuggling. He is a tad shy with strangers but warms up. He will get very attached to his person. He does well in his crate, will go outside potty and LOVES to eat! He came from a multiple dog household but would also be fine as an only dog. He would do best in a household without any kids and one that will take him for walks, which he loves. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. Puppies are adopted with a refundable spay/neuter deposit (in addition to the adoption fee) and adopters are required to get their puppy to our vet for their pre-scheduled spay-neuter appointments. You must live within a three-hour radius of Seattle, WA, (such as Portland, Vancouver B.C., etc.), so we can arrange for a home visit. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
