About WINKY

HI - I'M WINKY, and my story is a bit heartbreaking. I was dumped in a trash bin by some callous person, possibly because I have a cloudy eye. Thankfully I was rescued and am now in a foster home, where I share my days with other pups. The vet says it's just a very dry eye, so I'm hoping my eye does not need to be removed. I'm currently on eye medicine to help it improve, since I was definitely neglected. I'm a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix, possibly part Lhasa Apso given my size (I'm 17 lbs). I'm an adorable little friendly guy who would love to be with a person or people who truly love me, and who won't throw me out in the trash! I'm very much a lap dog and a snuggler.
