About Red and Sugar

Trying to help a friend that has gone in nursing home and has no family. Brother and sister bonded pair mini-doxies. They are considered 'senior' dogs, but not sure of age. The male does not like other dogs (other than his sister), the female is ok. I can't keep them because they have no life with me. They are afraid of my husband's therapy dog who is huge. He's never done anything other than sniff, but they are still afraid. They spend most all their day in a crate (their choice) and are afraid of me. I'm a dog lover, so don't understand. They do favor my husband though. They do have a problem when they get scared they poop and pee. Guess it's just nerves. I really do want to see them go to a home where they can be happy.
