#SneakPreview #NeedsRescue Hey friends & @followers Long Beach Animal Care Services has a #WhiteGermanShepherd named Canelo in need of #HELP ASAP! @highlight Canelo entered the shelter Sunday night on 10/05/25 after he was hit by a vehicle near the 91 FWY off ramp near Cherry Ave & taken to a local urgent care center by a good samaritan following being struck by a 2nd vehicle ���� Canelo suffered several injuries, one of which the most severe is a fractured hind left leg ���� Canelo had a registered microchip already implanted; sadly, the shelter has reported all information on the microchip is outdated/no longer in service with owner information well outside of Long Beach City let alone Los Angeles County. With no owner to connect Canelo back with to tend to their dogs medical needs & the shelter lacking resources to provide Canelo the amount of care needed, Canelo needs rescue as soon as possible with placement no later than end of day Wednesday October 15th 2025.
