About Carrie

Carrie the cutie! Carrie is an 11-week-old (as of 10/2), female, Chihuahua mix. She's a spirited, friendly girl that has overcome so much adversity just to get her chance to find a forever home. She was raised inside of a tire at a city dump in Texas before she came to rescue. Since then, she's come out of her shell beautifully, but it does take her a while to trust new humans. Because of this, a home with another confident dog is recommended.
