Charlotte is a tri-colored cute! This 11-week-old (as of 10/2), female, Chihuahua mix. Charlotte is a dog friendly and sweet girl. She is easily won over by new humans with yummy treats and her forever home should have a nice supply! She and her family were found living inside of a tire at a city dump in Texas. We recommend a multi-dog home for Charlotte. Don't let this unique girl slip through your fingers. She's too cute to miss!
