About Peter

3 Year old sweet boy with a big heart, Peter, was found wandering in Harlem in December, 2024, alone. He was meowing so loud for help |that's what saved him! Peter is now fully vetted (as of January 2025) and neutered. He is the funnest, most entertaining and cuddly boy. His Foster calls him 'Peter My Treater,' cause having him is like a treat! He's really good ~ lounges, plays when he has energy. He can be 'sporty' ~ chasing bugs and jumping! He's entertaining to watch if you like a cat with energy who plays. He is respectful of furniture, though and good about using his litter box. Peter adores pets, cuddles, and is very vocal with a charming raspy meow ~ He will tell you when he needs something! He does, as many male cats do, have to eat a urinary food diet, and has a prescription for it. (Currently he eats Hills C/D) He happily eats dry food, and wet is just a bonus for him! Not a demand. He gets along ok with other cats but is a bit territorial, so it's ideal if he has a place of his own he doesn't share with a cat or dog. (Or at least his own litter box.) He'd be happy with that! Peter is not aggressive at all, but may jump at other cats to keep them away.
