About Juno

Meet Juno! She is a very energetic 2 year old girl who was rescued from a severe abuse and neglect situation in Lubbock, TX. She was found chained on a short chain in her backyard and was only 25lbs (she is around 50lbs now). Now, she is here at Desert Willow learning about freedom and love. She has done amazing with people and kids and is bursting at the seams with joy and love. She RUNS whenever she can, throws toys in the air and chases them, cuddles passionately and just wants to find her human. If she is playing with a toy, she likes to make sure the human nearby has a toy too and will deliver one to them. She has met and played with calmer male dogs, we have not introduced her to female dogs. She would be ideal for someone who is active and possibly enjoys hiking, running, and/or swimming.
