Dallas was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 9/23/25 after they alerted to a dog that had been tied up to a sign post for 2 days & counting :O As if his prior living situation wasn't bad enough, Dallas' kennel presence apparently isn't winning many people over as he has already been placed on urgent in need of rescue or adoption. It's worth noting Officers reported no issues removing Dallas from the pole he was tied to, appearing eager to be removed from his current situation.
