Looking for an adorable velcro dog? Look no further than & meet Mr Wilson! Mr Wilson was horribly matted when he was found and was so relieved once all the knots were shaved off and he could see and walk again. He has some baldness and redness of some areas of the skin due to the extreme matting of his hair right now but his lovely fur will start to grow back in. He is the sweetest boy ever and all he wants to do is sit in your lap, be petted and give you kisses. He would love to have a home with a stay at home parent - he just loves having company around. Kids ages 8+ would do best due to his small size. Mr Wilson had a hernia repaired at the time of his neuter. He was doing well training to go on puppy pads. This friendly boy has an cute underbite and is quite the chowhound. If you have other dogs in the home, it would be best not to leave food bowls around as he would make the rounds and clean the bowls. He has no food aggression -- he just likes to eat! We do not know what he thinks about cats. This very loving boy is about 3 years old and 13 pounds. Please help Mr Wilson find the loving home he deserves. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
