Hail Mary Post -Please Share This is our heartfelt plea for Chance, a black-and-white sweetheart who's running out of time. We named him Chance because that's exactly what he's praying for - another chance at life, love, and a forever home. Right now, he's safe with a caring police officer at the precent . . Some kind soul brought him in after finding him tied to a pole for days, abandoned and waiting for someone who never came back. Just imagine sitting alone, confused, hungry, and still hoping the person you loved would return. It's absolutely heartbreaking. They took him to the precinct to keep him from harm, but sadly, they can't hold him much longer. The police officer said she is off tomorrow and not sure if he will be sent to the shelter tomorrow . Without a foster or adopter soon he'll be sent to a crowded city shelter where dogs are being euthanized daily for space. A rescue group is ready to step up and save him - but they can't do it without a foster or adopter. You might be the missing piece of his miracle. Here's what the officer caring for him shared: 'He's super sweet. When I tell him to sit, he sits right away. He loves tug of war, but when I say stop, he stops. I can't believe no one's looking for him.' Chance deserves to know kindness again. He's gentle, eager to please, and full of love - all he needs is someone to believe in him.
