About Winnie

Little Winnie is such a cutie, and she is ready to find her forever home! Winnie is just 18 months old, she is a couple of pounds too thin at 38 pounds, and she has a very soft black tri-colored coat with lots of copper and white highlights. She is housebroken, crate-trained, and she is just starting to learn her basic obedience commands. She walks pretty well on leash and she is a good passenger in the car. Winnie LOVES everyone and everything! She loves all people, she has never met a stranger, and other dogs are pretty fun too. Winnie has a medium energy play style, and she absolutely loves to play with other dogs. She enjoys her toys, she ADORES food, and when there is no one to play with she quietly watches the world from her crate or sitting by her foster mom's side. Winnie has not been exposed to cats, but given how much she loves to play 'chase and be chased' a home without cats would be best. The ideal family for Winnie is ready to welcome a little ball of energy, love and fun into their home. It is also important that her new family continues her obedience training-she is very food motivated and easy to train! A fenced yard is important, another playful dog pal would be perfect, and any children in the home should be at least 8 years old.
