HI - I'M MILLIE! And I'm truly a miracle dog! I had reportedly been roaming in an empty field in the high desert of California for over a month. When I was finally caught, I had heat stroke, and my temperature was so high that the shelter's thermometer couldn't even read it. But after some tender loving care, I cooled down to a normal temperature. I had fought for my life, and I made a full recovery. I'm truly the perfect dog. I'm sweet, loving and smart. I regularly gave the shelter staff my paws to show them my gratitude. I was pretty well housetrained in the shelter. I love other dogs, even those that jump all over me. I'm a 5-year-old Boxer mix who deserves the very best home. Can you foster or adopt me? I'm currently in California, but can be transported to you in Washington!
