About Bluebelle

Meet Bluebelle, our sweet and spunky little 5-6 month old pup who's ready to find her forever family! Bluebelle is about 10 pounds of pure joy. Not only is she striking, she's a friendly girl who never misses a chance to say hello. Whether it's to a new person, another pup, or anyone who crosses her path. With her wiggly greetings and happy tail, she's guaranteed to win hearts everywhere she goes. We believe her to be a Pomerainian/Corgi mix weighing in around 10 lbs currently. We are unsure how much she will weigh when she's full grown. Like most puppies, playtime is her favorite time! Bluebelle loves tug, fetch, and any game that keeps her bouncing. She's also a smart cookie who enjoys puzzle toys and brain games. She recently recovered from a fractured elbow and is doing wonderfully. She is still building up her full activity level, but she doesn't let that slow her down. She will need to ease into full activity within the next month or two, so no jumping or rough play just yet. Bluebelle is working on her potty training and will do best with a consistent routine and someone who can let her outside regularly. She sleeps well in her crate overnight, rides nicely in the car, and happily follows her foster around when she's not off exploring. Her ideal home? A family that can keep up with her playful energy and provide the enrichment she craves. After all she is a puppy! Bluebelle would love a doggy friend her size to romp with, but big, rowdy dogs might be a little too much for this petite girl. She'll thrive with someone who's home often and ready to share lots of love, patience, and adventures. Key Points on Bluebelle: - Approx 5-6 months old - Bluebelle is a puppy with lots of energy so be ready to keep up with her. Like any puppy, she needs activity and to be taught the basics still - She does not know she's fragile, so no large, playful dogs for this girl. We don't want her accidently getting hurt - Kids 10 & up due to her small stature. She also has not been exposed to any cats im our rescue, but we believe she was in her former home - Just like any other puppy she still needs to be taught the basics. In the time we have had her in our rescue she's mostly been on crate rest due to her humeral fracture repair about 5 weeks ago. She is getting spayed on 10/14 and will be ready to go!
