This very lovely lady is Daisy She's a mini Aussi or a mini Aussi /Sheltie mix'| she came to us from a local county shelter with Demodectic mange. Also called (Demodex) in dogs This is a parasitic skin disease caused by the Demodex mite, a microscopic parasite that lives in the hair follicles of dogs. Cause: An overpopulation of the mites, often due to a dog's weakened immune system. Symptoms: Patches of hair loss, redness, inflammation, and crusty or scaly sores. The skin on the face, especially around the eyes, is often affected first. Because it was left untreated by her previous owners, it spread to her entire body '| Since she's been with us and treated she's healing beautifully. She is ready to find her new family This girl is full of energy and has herd drive. So would do best in a home that understands this herding behavior. Daisy is learning her basic obedience but will need a home that will continue it. She is very loving, house trained, and does well with all size dogs. If you think that Daisy would make a great addition to your family, please fill out the dog application and someone will be in touch with you. https://app.ontask.io/w/rpof/adopt Plant City, Florida
