He is not food aggressive. BIOGRAPHY Meet Shorty! Shorty came into rescue when his previous mom had to go into assisted living and could not take him with her. When Shorty came to SGF he was very overweight and his health was terrible. After just 6 months of receiving the best care from his 2 foster moms, he is at a very healthy weight, and his medical concerns have been addressed. He is on daily medication for his heart murmur and his Cushing's disease. The cost of his medication per month is about $130 (plus some shipping and tax on the heart meds which are through an online pharmacy) Shorty had a full dental done also! He is feeling like a new man now and has a lot of spunk in him! He loves to lie next to his person and loves to be anywhere his people are! His favorite hobbies include lying in the sun, guarding the property from intruders and napping. Shorty is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and recently had a dental. He is being fostered in Willowick, OH and is available for an adoption fee of $300.00.
