I found this sweet lionhead baby abandoned at Sweetwater wetlands a couple months ago. I call him Q tip (3 He's about 6 months old and is the SWEETEST most affectionate little boy- adorable, curious, and cuddly. He litter trained very easily, loves to groom his stuffies and his humans, explore, climb on you, and loaf out beside you. After his rescue I groomed him (he was very matted from the wetlands) and got him neutered and vaccinated for RHV. It's important to know he has E. cuniculi from being outdoors, but the vet caught it very early and we treated him- he hasn't had any symptoms and appears to be an easy case. I can provide medication to start, but he'll only need it during stressful events or if he ever gets symptoms. He takes meds like a dream and hasn't had any digestive issues at all (3 E. cuniculi bunnies can live with other bunnies if you have a good vet and medicate them early in a flare up, and Q tip's case was caught early and treated effectively. I wanted to keep him very badly, but my bunny is incredibly aggressive with other rabbits and I don't have enough time or skill to bond them. Q tip just wants to be loved and have a forever home!! I know it's a bigger ask to take on a bunny with medical needs, but he's such a loving and adorable boy who deserves a great life after a really tough and cruel start. Please consider giving a home to this baby who was heartlessly dumped!!
