River is a 2.5 Neuter male Dobie who needs a good home. He needs a home with space and a handler with experience. He knows all of the basic commands and is mannered. He acts up when he sees other dogs on leash, so he needs work, but can be corrected. He is Not Aggressive or vicious, he just needs work with other dogs. I'm older and I just don't have the strength anymore to go through the training.
