URGENT: PLEASE HELP SAVE MAC! This sweet little boy, Mac (ID #A545535), has been through so much heartbreak. His mom lost her home and refused to abandon her dogs. She lived in her car just to keep them safe. When her car broke down beyond repair, she fought to buy another, but with no safe place left and the summer heat making it impossible to keep them in the car, her babies ended up at the shelter. She is absolutely terrified that Mac will not make it out alive. Mac is just a puppy- barely 11 months old. He doesn't understand why he's behind shelter walls instead of in his mom's arms. She's done everything she can for over a year to keep him, but life has been unbearably cruel. Now the only thing that can save Mac is YOU. Male Pug/Dachshund mix, fawn colored. Potty trained and crate trained. Walks great on leash. Amazing with kids and other dogs. Affectionate, playful, belly-rub loving cuddle bug. Been at the shelter since Aug 19, 2025. Adoption available Aug 26, 2025.
