Peach, A2193972, this sweet shy girl is struggling in the loud shelter environment & needs out ASAP & She's been in this awful place for 1 1/2 years!!! Please be her hero!! Videos: https://fb.watch/Cte-VICKx6/?mibextid=wwXIfr&fs=e https://fb.watch/Ctf6XdF9Hv/?mibextid=wwXIfr&fs=e Los Angeles/Van Nuys - #A2193972 Peach, 78 lbs., approx 5 years old. SHELTERS ARE OVERCROWDED, SHE'S BEEN HERE AWHILE!! Peach is a combination dog: shy and timid in her kennel and then an energetic, happy ball chasing, social pup outside. She's one of the longer stays dogs at the shelter, arrived last April, 2025. In playgroup she is social and tolerant of other dogs. She likes to mingle around. She has a gentle/dainty play style, sometimes plays more energetically. She is described as calm, not shy, in play group. She absolutely loves playing fetch and is good about bringing it back. She can get demanding and bark at you if you don't throw it fast enough LOL. She is affectionate and enjoy pets and scratches. She needs some leash work as she pulls on the leash. Because she sometimes jumps up, she probably would be best in home with teens or adults. Free group training for leash work and jumping is available @LARPBO for any rescued, adopted or fostered dog from Los Angeles Animal Services. If you'd like to meet her, come to the shelter 14409 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, CA.
