About Cotton

Cotton is an 11-pound Pomeranian who will turn 13 years old on October 12. His coat grows long and full when cared for, giving him a handsome, cloud-like appearance. He was shaved short upon arrival due to heavy matting, but with regular grooming his beautiful coat will return. Cotton is a gentle, easygoing senior who enjoys a slower pace of life. He loves curling up in a soft bed and watching the world from a cozy spot. While he has some vision changes, he moves around well and does not bump into things. He shows his happiness in small ways, sometimes doing a little bounce and spin when he is excited. He does well with potty breaks when taken outside regularly, sleeps peacefully through the night, and rides calmly in a crate during car trips. Cotton is friendly with other dogs, ignores cats, and would thrive in a calm home where he can simply be loved and cared for. Cotton is fully vetted, including an examination, neuter, dental, vaccinations, negative heartworm test, deworming, and microchipping. He is ready to spend his golden years as a quiet and devoted companion to someone who enjoys the comfort of an easygoing friend. Cotton is located with a foster in Santa Fe, TX.
