About Candy

Meet Sweet Candy. Sweet Candy is a true survivor with a heart of gold. Rescued from a difficult life in a puppy mill, she is finally safe and ready to discover the joy of being a cherished family member. She has had a very rough start, but her gentle spirit is simply unbreakable. Candy is a shy and tender soul who is still learning that people can be loving and kind. She is seeking a patient and understanding home that will allow her to come out of her shell on her own time. A quiet environment with gentle affection will help her blossom into the confident, loving companion we know she can be. Her journey to recovery is already underway. Because her poor body was used for breeding for so long, she is missing some hair, but it is growing back in nicely. She also required extensive dental care, resulting in the removal of most of her teeth. This does not hinder her at all; she is happy to enjoy soft food and treats without any issues. Candy is now ready for a fresh start. She is spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccines. We are hopeful someone will step forward to give her the forever home she has always deserved.
